The Milano Dual-Surface Prep Board

Designed for a more considered approach to everyday food preparation, the Maison Dual-Surface Cutting Board combines two dedicated preparation surfaces with intelligent integrated details in one streamlined design.

The versatile two-in-one construction features food-grade 304 stainless steel on one side, providing a durable surface for preparing raw and cooked meats. The reverse is crafted from wheat-straw PP, creating a separate surface for fruits, vegetables and everyday chopping.

Thoughtfully integrated into the preparation surface, a deep juice groove captures up to 200 ml of liquid to help keep surrounding countertops clean. A dedicated grinding area provides a convenient space for preparing garlic and ginger, bringing additional functionality to the board without the need for separate utensils.

Both surfaces are designed for straightforward everyday cleaning and can be rinsed after use. An integrated hanging detail allows the board to be stored and air-dried neatly between uses, making it particularly practical for contemporary kitchens and apartment living.

Care: Clean promptly after preparing food and allow the board to dry thoroughly between uses. Light surface marks may naturally develop on the stainless-steel side with regular cutting and are part of normal use.
